Rolling Scheduling
The plan of each scheduling cycle should be stable and continuous. When rescheduling, the system needs to consider the actual completion status and uncompleted plans of last cycle and the new plans of this cycle, so as to make partial adjustment of the plans when there is an emergency.

The uneven economic development of China has led to diverse informatization degrees in the manufacturing industry. When the enterprise is unable to manage a system, Yukon APS can be used as independent production management software. The planning personnel can import production data from Excel to Yukon APS through data interface, or maintain data directly in the data editing interface. Enterprises can release the production instruction to the workshop in their own way. The workshop will collect and summarize the actual execution result and reflect it to the software by importing Excel document or entering data directly in the APS system, so as to promote the standardized production, improve production process and strengthen their competitiveness.

Integrated Use
APS is not developed to replace ERP or MES system, instead, it is the core of the production management system, which connects ERP with MES and makes optimization and coordination in between.
If an enterprise already has ERP or MES systems, APS can be integrated and used with them together. The planning personnel can transfer the production planning to ERP and MES systems through data interface, and the ERP or MES system will release plans in printed plan list or digital signage.
The actual execution result of the plan is collected and summarized by the production manager, reported to ERP or MES system, then transmitted to APS through ERP or MES system. Through data interaction and information sharing, the advantages of ERP’s rich information resource, MES’s real-time information collection and APS’s high-speed and dynamic optimization are fully explored, which helps to realize the overall production optimization, lays solid foundation for enterprises to establish the supply chain management platform, increase enterprise effectiveness and enhance the competitiveness.

Data Interface
Yukon APS supports diverse and open data interface, which allows it to be seamlessly integrated and used with the mainstream ERP and MES systems. When integrated with ERP and MES systems, Yukon APS can not only be connected with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc. through OLE DB, but also interact with them through standard CSV data files or text files.
Considering data difference and safety, Yukon APS does not operate the database of external system directly in the interaction process, instead, data interaction is completed through the middle transformation interface, so as to ensure the data independency and safety of external systems and avoid potential data risks. Furthermore, Yukon APS supports users to define data transferring mechanism and rules for different external systems or different data structures, thus ensuring the broad adaptability of Yukon APS and makes it easy to be integrated with other external systems.
To ensure the stability of system operation and the accuracy of scheduling results, Yukon APS has designed complete data verification mechanism which supports strong data fault-tolerant functionality. It can perform validity verification of the imported data, and make rational modification to data error automatically.
